My financial education started at age 2, sitting on my father's knee while he traded stocks and CFDs. My parents always valued my financial education and would take me to investing seminars and business conferences from an early age. When I got to university, frankly I was astounded at how little my friends knew about money. Sadly this is the reality for many young Australians.

Since leaving high school, I have run a business offering my services as a freelance camera man and lighting technician in the film industry, working across Perth and Melbourne for the last 7 years. Managing irregular income, taxes, and budgeting for projects gave me firsthand experience with the everyday financial challenges Australians face — experience I now bring to my workshops.

I created The Inspiration Institute because I believe every young person deserves access to practical, curriculum-aligned education that builds confidence, independence, and healthy financial habits. Our programs focus on real-world money skills and are designed to help students make informed choices.

Are you financial advisors?

Nope, we have no interest in teaching your kids what to invest in, our goal is providing the next generation with vital skills to safeguard their financial future and feel confident about money as they transition into independence; the skills that we were never taught at school.

How do your workshops work?

We work on an incursion model, meaning we partner with a school to come in and deliver our amazing workshops for your amazing students, facilitating up to 6 classes per day.

How much does it cost?

Our school pricing is flat depending on the workshops you select and the number of workshops you require. We also offer discounts for schools that choose to partner with us on an annual ongoing basis.

Do you offer private sessions?

We offer community-based workshops, often partnering with the homeschooling community to ensure our workshops reach as many young people as possible.

We offer discounts for not-for-profits.

Is this just a Perth service?

Currrently, yes. Forever? Definitely not! We love to travel, and our dream is to deliver workshops in every school across the nation.
